Returns & Refunds
It is our policy to offer the option of a refund if the following conditions are met. You have fourteen (14) days to return the Artwork to the artist at your own expense, carefully packed and fully insured. Please retain proof of the date of dispatch, which should be with the 14 day period after delivery to you. We will make a refund to you (minus shipping and insurance costs) using the same payment method by which your original payment was made.
If you would like to return an Artwork, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorisation. You will need to state your order number, name, address and a brief reason why you want to return the Artwork.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email containing a confirmation code and the return address. Please print this email and include it with the Artwork when returned. The Artwork has to be returned securely in its original condition and original packaging including our delivery slip.
We will not accept returns for Artworks that have been damaged in transit. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at his/her expense. It will be the customer’s responsibility to make claims from the courier used.
Commissioned or customised Artworks cannot be returned as the Artwork will have been made to your specific requirements.
All correspondence regarding the return of Artworks shall be carried out between you and us. You may not contact any artist directly for any reason.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online or contact us.
All Artworks sent will be fully insured against damages.
Your signature, or that of another person on your behalf, confirms receipt of the Artwork but also the state of the parcel received. When you receive your order it is your responsibility to examine both the parcel (before it is opened) and the Artwork very carefully for any damage.
Should you receive your Artwork damaged please sign ‘Received Damaged’ and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To file a damage report, send detailed photographs of the damaged item and the shipping container it arrived in to email@example.com , along with your name, order number, and the item name. We will get back to you within two business days on how to proceed with your order.
It may be necessary to keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.
Upon a successful claim you will have three options: a full refund within 30 days, a replacement or a credit note.
